1. What areas do you serve?

We're based at 2080 Six Branches Dr in Roswell, GA, and we serve Metro Atlanta and everything within 75 miles of Atlanta. That includes Roswell, Alpharetta, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Milton and Dunwoody.

2. What services do you offer?

Our core service is janitorial cleaning, and every client gets free weekly carpet spot cleaning and free monthly floor buffing and scrubbing. We also offer strip and wax floor care and carpet cleaning as value-add services, plus ongoing facility maintenance to keep your building in good shape between deep cleans.

3. What types of facilities do you clean?

We clean office buildings and property management portfolios, apartment and condominium communities, churches, schools, industrial, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, hotels and country clubs and retail stores.

4. Are you insured?

Yes. We're fully insured, with general liability and workers' comp coverage.

5. How do you screen your cleaners?

Every team member is background-checked and E-Verified. Our company is OSHA certified, and our cleaners wear company uniforms on site.

6. How do I know the work was actually done?

Every visit is GPS-verified. Our crews clock in and out on site, and the work is tracked on digital checklists. You get photo quality-control reports, live work order updates, copies of your reports and access to our software.

7. What contract options do you offer?

We offer month-to-month service as well as 1-, 2-, 3- and 5-year contracts. You choose the term that fits your budget and planning.

8. When can you clean?

Whenever works for you. We're available 24/7, 365 days a year, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

9. Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. AM2PM owns all of its equipment, so we arrive ready to work.

10. Who runs the company?

AM2PM Facility Services is owner-operated by Jose Gonzalez, who has 20 years in the cleaning industry. We're a minority-owned (Hispanic-owned) business with a bilingual English/Spanish team. Hablamos español.

11. How fast can you start?

We can start any new account with 48 hours' notice. After a free walkthrough and your approval of the plan, your first cleaning can happen within 48 hours.

12. What's included at no extra cost?

Every AM2PM client gets FREE weekly carpet spot cleaning, FREE monthly floor buffing and FREE monthly floor scrubbing, whatever the contract type. The walkthrough is free too. Full strip and wax floor care and full carpet cleaning are value-add services we can add to your plan.
