How It Works

1. Free walkthrough: we tour your campus with your facilities or operations lead, including classrooms, restrooms, the cafeteria, the gym and floors.

2. Custom plan: we set nightly scope plus break-period floor projects. Contracts run month-to-month or 1, 2, 3 or 5 years to match budget cycles. Once you approve the plan, we can start with 48 hours' notice.

3. GPS-verified service: every crew member clocks in and out with GPS on site, so you know who was in your building and when.

4. Photo reports: you get digital checklists and photo quality-control reports, along with live work order updates and access to our software.

How do we know who's in our building after hours?
