1. Free walkthrough: we tour the building with you, including common areas, sample tenant suites, restrooms and floors.

2. Custom plan: we write a scope by area and frequency that fits your budget and lease obligations, on month-to-month, 1-, 2-, 3- or 5-year terms. Once you approve the plan, we can start with 48 hours' notice.

3. GPS-verified service: crews clock in and out on site with GPS, giving you an accurate service log.

4. Photo reports: you get digital checklists, photo quality-control reports and live work order updates, plus access to our software so your team can check anytime.

Requests can go through you as work orders, and you'll see live updates as each one is handled. We'll set up the process that works best for your building during onboarding.

Will we have the same crew every night?

We'll talk about crew assignments during the walkthrough. Either way, GPS clock-in/out records show you who was on site and when.

Yes. You get copies of reports, photos and access to our software, so you can pull service records whenever you need them.
